David Meza
With over 7 years of experience in the residential lending industry and another 5 years in the data management financial sector. I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and investors achieve their real estate goals. As a Senior Loan Officer at Collective Mortgage, I specialize in providing personalized mortgage solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to simplify the mortgage process for my customers, making it a comfortable experience.
​I put myself through the University of Denver, earning a degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate and Construction Management. This experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, resilience, and a deep understanding of the value of hard work and dedication. These qualities drive me to deliver exceptional service to my clients every day.
I believe that the home-buying and investing process should be a seamless and positive experience. My approach is centered on clear communication, education, and unwavering support. From the initial consultation to closing, I am committed to guiding my clients every step of the way.

When I’m not working, I like to stay active by playing in amateur sport leagues and exploring the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer. I am also passionate about giving back to the “I Have a Dream” foundation as it helped me succeed in school and set high standards for myself.

Crecí en Colorado y obtuve mi título en Finanzas con especialización en Administración de Bienes Raíces y Construcción de la Universidad de Denver. Después de cinco años ejerciendo mi carrera en análisis de datos financieros a escala global, decidí enfocar mi carrera en préstamos residenciales.

A principios del 2015 ayudé a mis padres con el proceso de su primera compra de casa. El primer idioma de mis padres es español, les brinde mi ayuda traduciendo términos y condiciones que abundan los contratos. La compra de una casa es un momento emocionante, pero al igual puede ser un tiempo muy estresante para una familia. Mi objetivo es encontrar respuestas a todas sus preguntas y asegurarme que comprenda el proceso hipotecario.

Cuando no estoy trabajando, me mantengo activo jugando en ligas deportivas amateur y explorando los paisajes hermosos de Colorado. También me gusta trabajar como voluntario en mi fundación preferida “I Have a Dream” donde jóvenes de bajos recursos son motivados a ejercer una carrera universitaria.
