Melissa Cotton
Melissa has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. She believes everyone has the right to be a homeowner, and she’s passionate about helping people achieve this dream with creativity, expertise and trustworthiness.
During her years of industry experience, Melissa has played a role in every part of the transaction. She has had a real estate license, managed a title company and purchased her first home at 20, so she understands the many aspects of a real estate transaction.

A Boulder County native, Melissa enjoys being active and learning new things. Her most recent explorations include Spanish and surfing. She loves spending time with her two grown children, Taylor and Rachel. Melissa and her husband, Mike, enjoy traveling and plan to see the world together.
